First New England Realty Group, LLC is pleased to offer a Flat Rate Listing service for customers who wish to be more closely involved with the sale of their homes and thereby offset the typical commission of the Listing Broker. We will put your home on the MLS Listing Service for a one time fee !! Statistics show that up to 70% of all homes are sold with the assistance of a professional REALTOR.

For a one time fee of , the Service works like this 

1)      Your home will be listed by First New England Realty Group, LLC with the MLS Property Information Service for ALL Realtors to see.

2)   The listing will indicate First New England Realty Group as the “Listing Broker".

3)     The Listing will direct all calls to YOU, the homeowner, and not to First New England Realty Group, LLC.

4)    A Commission of ONLY 2.5% will be paid to a single Realtor who brings the final customer, including First New England Realty Group, if this is the case.

5)   You will be responsible for the accuracy of the listing information, all showings, offer assessment and management of all activities related to the sale of your home, and expenses attendant thereto.
